The Garmin Forerunner 55 watch comes with GPS connectivity.

- The Garmin Forerunner 55 sports a 1.04-inch round color display with 208×208 pixels resolution. It uses a sunlight-visible Transflective Memory-in-Pixel (MIP) panel that is protected with chemically toughened glass. It comes with Bluetooth connectivity and works with both iOS and Android platforms. The Watch 5 is ATM water resistant, has GPS connectivity, and can record up to 200 hours of activity data.
- Garmin says the battery can last up to two weeks in smartwatch mode and up to 20 continuous hours in GPS mode. The Garmin Forerunner 55 can also perform typical tasks like alarm, timer, stopwatch and sunset/sunrise times. It can also detect your smartphone and supports Find My Watch functionality. Onboard sensors include GLONASS, Garmin Elevate wrist heart rate monitor and accelerometer apart from GPS.

The Garmin Forerunner 55 comes with features like step counter, auto goals feature, calories burned, distance travel, and more. Gym and activity profiles include cardio and elliptical training, stair stepping, HIIT, Pilates and yoga. It also tracks running, treadmill running, track running, indoor track running, virtual running, cycling, swimming, etc. The dimensions of the smartwatch are 42x42x11.6mm and weighing 37 grams. It comes with 20mm silicone strap.
