Realme Band 2 launched in India with low price and big display, will be able to make watch face of your picture
Realme launched in India as its latest fit band Realme Band 2 has been launched. The special thing is that it has a bigger display than the old model of Reality. Apart from this, it comes with blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring sensor, which was not there in the old version. The company claims that the new fitness band will get up to 12 days of battery life and comes with a water-resistant build. Being a fitness tracker, the Realme Band 2 will get up to 90 sports modes via future updates.
Realme Band 2 Specification and Features
The newly launched fitness tracker from Realme features a 1.4-inch touchscreen with 167×320 pixels resolution and a peak brightness of 500 nits. The original Realme Band came with a 0.96-inch display with 80×160 pixel resolution. The Realme Band 2 comes with over 50 personalized dial faces and users will also get the option to customize the dial face using their favorite picture.
The Realme Band 2 comes with a universal 18mm interchangeable strap. This means that users can attach any strap of their choice according to their style. The fitness band features a GH3011 sensor that continuously monitors the users’ heart rate. The company has claimed that users will get an alert if their heart rate rises above the safe zone.
When connected to the Realme Link app, the Realme Band 2 provides sleep quality analysis using a mix of hardware and software. The app is available for Android and iOS smartphones. Realme has also mentioned that the Realme Band 2 will come with 90 sports modes and a slew of workout modes like cricket, hiking, running and more.
The Realme Band 2 comes with water resistance up to 50 meters and the Realme Buds can control connected devices such as air and home appliances. It features Bluetooth v5.1 for connectivity and is compatible with devices running at least Android 5.1 or iOS 11.
The Realme Band 2 packs a 204mAh battery which is said to offer up to 12 days of battery life. Its dimensions are 259.8×24.6×12.1mm and weighing 27.3 grams.
Realme Band 2 Price in India
The price of Realme Band 2 in India has been set at Rs 2,999. Realme’s new fitness band will be available for purchase through Flipkart, Realme.com and offline stores, with its first sale starting on September 27 at 12 noon. It will be available only in Black color option.
The original Realme Band was launched in India in March 2020 and was priced at Rs 1,499. The Realme Band 2 was first released earlier this month in Malaysia where it is priced at MYR 139 (approximately Rs. 2,500).
