Lifesum, a popular health tracking app based in Sweden, analyzed their user data to determine which foods are most popular before and after sex (in two hours or less). The data were collected from Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom. There are 17 million users in six countries eating foods before and after sex. But one has to wonder if these are the best options.

Of the 2,563 foods tracked, chocolate is the most popular. Secondly, look at common foods. Serve tomatoes, bread, apples, potatoes, coffee, bananas, wine, cheese, strawberries.
