The data were collected from Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom. There are 17 million users in six countries eating foods before and after sex. But one has to wonder if these are the best options.

People enjoy the same foods after sex. But that’s not surprising. There are also people who prefer wine over water. According to Lifesum nutrition expert Frida Harju, she was not surprised by the data findings. They state that both chocolate and tomatoes are rich in convenient snacks and feel-good hormones and vitamins.

The reason people choose to eat tomatoes before and after sex is because it is readily available. Interestingly, 4 of the 10 most consumed foods before and after sex are called aphrodisiacs (chocolate, potato, coffee and bananas). However, Harju also points out that eating these foods after sex, people often do not eat them for the purpose of promoting sexual desire.
