Owned by Transition Holdings techno Budget and mid-range smartphones have been launched during the last few years. The company also launched some feature phones in the market and the company made its entry in the Middle-East, Indian and African markets. Now TECNO is looking towards the high-end market and is relaunching the Phantom series as a sub-brand. Tecno Phantom X It is the first premium smartphone of the new sub-brand and comes with premium features like front and rear camera setup.

Tecno Phantom X: Specifications and Features
Tecno Phantom X has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution. The refresh rate of the screen is 90 Hz. The aspect ratio of the display is 19.5: 9. The sides of the phone are curved. For protection in the handset, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection has been given on the front and rear panels. Phantom X is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 processor. RAM is 8 GB and inbuilt storage is 256 GB.

The device has 13 megapixel telephoto lens while 8 megapixel ultrawide-angle lens. The device has a quad-LED flash. The handset has a fingerprint reader which is present inside the display. The handset is claimed to be unlocked in 0.4 seconds.

Dual camera setup has been given in Phantom X for selfie, on which dual punch-hole cut-out has been given. On the front, the phone has an 8-megapixel ultrawide module with 48-megapixel primary and 105-degree lens. The front camera also supports dual-LED flash. To give power to the device, a 4700mAh battery is provided with 33W fast charging. Techno says that the phone will be charged up to 70 percent in 30 minutes. Tecno is yet to reveal the price of the Phantom X. The flagship is expected to be made available next month.
